Due to his appearance, Robinson only walked the roads at night, and his image became the source of eerie stories about a glowing figure haunting the back roads of Pennsylvania. Though tragic in reality, the legend of the Green Man has taken on a supernatural life of its own, with many claiming sightings of his glowing figure on dark, rural roads.
